A series of visits with operators dressed in period costumes to discover the secrets of the most famous and significant figures of our museum. Through the description of their lives, visitors will get to know the items belonging to the extraordinary collections on display.
The visits will be held in Italian.
MESSER GUIDO E I SEGRETI DI GALILEO (6+)
Saturday 5 March, at 2.30 pm and at 4.00 pm
Messer Guido, played by an actor dressed in period costume, will retrace the discoveries experienced with his friend Galileo. He will recreate the atmosphere of the dialogues he used to have with the great Tuscan scientist, when their different opinions concerned the boundaries of the known world and the structure of the cosmos.
PIETRO LEOPOLDO, UN GRANDE GRANDUCA (8+)
Saturday 12 March, at 2.30 pm and at 4.00 pm
A theatrical visit to the permanent exhibition on display on the 2nd floor as a tribute to a great reformer, Pietro Leopoldo of Lorraine. Visitors will thus be able to admire the precious instruments of the first scientific museum he founded, the Royal Museum of Physics and Natural History.
A SPASSO CON GALILEO (7+)
Saturday 19 March, at 2.30 pm and at 4.00 pm
A visit together with an unusual and exceptional guide, Galileo Galilei, who will talk about his life and his most important discoveries.
