On the occasion of the exhibition Leonardo and His Books: The Library of the Universal Genius, the Museo Galileo proposes an afternoon reading for families with children.
Il persico, L'asino ed il ghiaccio, La formica ed il chicco di grano, Il basilisco and many more tales from the world of nature, where water, air, fire, stones, plants and animals are the protagonists. These short stories ideally refer to the fables of Aesop and Phaedrus, to Pliny and to medieval ‘bestiaries’.
Text selection and reading by Michele Neri.
