Within the 2019 edition of “Firenze dei bambini”, the festival dedicated to children and their families, which will take place in Florence from 12 to 14 April, the Galileo Museum proposes “Osserviamo le bolle di sapone con gli occhi di Leonardo” (Observing soap bubbles with Leonardo's eyes).
Starting from Leonardo’s studies on water droplets and the phenomenon of bubbles, the laboratory will allow participants to experiment the properties and characteristics of the stratified laminae. We will make resistant soap bubbles while learning the scientific concepts of physics and chemistry behind them.
