Within the initiative Cantar Maggio nei musei fiorentini (Singing of May in Florentine Museums), which is organized by Unicoop Firenze for its members and their families, Museo Galileo proposes two special events on May 19, 2013:
- A workshop for kids (aged 4 to 8) titled “Galileo e il Buffoscopio” (Galileo and the Funnyscope). The good fairy Manidoro will tell the children participating in the workshop, the history of the Tuscan scientist and will make a small “funnyscope” out of cardboard with them;
- A guided visit with musical performances, where visitors will be able to discover the magnificent scientific instruments housed in Museo Galileo.
Both the events will take place in Italian at 10 and 11.15 am. Reservations are required.
