On the occasion of the World Science Day for Peace and Development and in partnership with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the International Council of Museums, science centers, science museums, and their networks worldwide will organize the first International Science Center and Science Museum Day (ISCSMD).
On November 10th at 4pm, the Museo Galileo proposes a guided tour (in Italian) to the exhibition Fishing in the Mud. The Museum and the Flood, as well as to the restoration laboratory and to the museum halls. Visitors will be able to learn about the historical context and function of the beautiful scientific instruments displayed thanks to the use of replicas and copies.
The cost of the visit is included in the entrance fee.
